Who owns the screens?

StreetLoop provides and manages the displays installed as part of its network. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

Who installs them?

StreetLoop arranges and manages the installation. We agree timings with you in advance so it fits around your business.

What does the venue need to provide?

Suitable space, access for the site review and installation, and power near the agreed display positions. Anything else is confirmed during the site review. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

Who controls the advertising?

StreetLoop reviews, approves and schedules the advertising that runs on the network, in line with our Advertising Standards. Venue-specific restrictions can be agreed where appropriate. See Advertising in your venue.

Can we promote our own business?

Depending on your venue agreement, your screens may also show your own offers, opening hours and announcements. Availability of venue promotional inventory depends on the individual StreetLoop venue agreement.

Can brands we do not sell be advertised?

Yes. A venue may host advertising for brands or services that it does not itself sell or provide. Advertising displayed through StreetLoop does not necessarily indicate endorsement by the venue.

What happens if a screen stops working?

Screens are monitored remotely, so many issues are picked up by StreetLoop. You can also report a problem through our Support page and we will help put it right.

How is electricity handled?

Displays need a power supply near their position, which is confirmed during the site review. How electricity is handled is set out in your venue agreement. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

How are commercial arrangements handled?

Each venue’s commercial arrangement is set out in its venue agreement and discussed with you before anything is signed. StreetLoop does not publish or guarantee income figures. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

What happens if the business changes ownership?

Please let us know as early as possible so we can discuss the options with you. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

How long does installation take?

Once your venue is approved and the agreement is completed, we aim to have your StreetLoop installation completed within 4 weeks. On-site timings depend on the setup and are agreed with you in advance.

How long are agreements?

The length of the agreement is discussed with you before you sign. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

What internet connection is required?

Connectivity is assessed during the site review, and we will explain what is needed for your venue before installation.

What happens if the venue wants to leave?

How a venue leaves the network, including notice and the removal of equipment, is set out in your venue agreement. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.

Are outward-facing displays subject to additional requirements?

They can be. Depending on the location and the display, outward-facing screens may be subject to additional requirements such as local advertisement rules. StreetLoop considers this as part of each site review. Exact arrangements depend on your signed venue agreement.
