Cookie Policy
The cookies used on this website, why we use them and how to manage them.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Summary
The short version:
- This website only uses cookies that it needs to work securely.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
- Because we only use necessary cookies, we do not need to ask for your consent, so you will not see a cookie banner.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the website remember information, such as whether you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
In the UK, the use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for do not need your consent. Most other cookies do.
What we do not use
To keep your visit private and fast, this website does not use:
- analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
- advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels;
- embedded social media posts, videos or maps from other companies; or
- fonts or images loaded from other companies’ servers. Our fonts and images are served from our own website.
The emails we currently send do not contain tracking pixels.
If we add optional cookies
If we decide to use analytics or other optional cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and list each new cookie here.
Since February 2026, UK law has allowed some analytics cookies to be used without consent. This applies only where the data is used solely to improve our own website, we explain this clearly and you are given a simple, free way to object. If we rely on this, we will always give you that choice. For any other optional cookies, we will ask for your consent before setting them, and you will be able to accept or reject them as easily as each other.
If we ask for your choice, we will remember it in a cookie called sl_consent for 6 months. You will be able to change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Managing cookies
Use Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page, to see your options. At the moment there are no optional cookies to switch on or off.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Your browser’s help pages explain how. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work. For example, StreetLoop staff would not be able to sign in to the admin area.
